The Challenge
Compliance training is notoriously disengaging. Syneos Health was experiencing the familiar pattern: learners clicking through required modules with minimal retention, leading to recurring compliance issues despite high completion rates.
Our Approach
BCL took a fundamentally different approach to compliance training. Instead of presenting rules and regulations, we designed scenario-based experiences that put learners in realistic situations where compliance decisions had real consequences. Gamification elements added motivation without trivializing serious content.
Results
The response was immediate and overwhelming. Learners described it as “the finest compliance course ever experienced.” More importantly, the organization saw measurable reductions in compliance incidents in the months following deployment.
